Our hospital was looking for a flexible helpdesk application but we could not find
one with the features we were looking for. In addition, our staff already had a
heavy workload which necessitated that any CRM program be simple and require a minimal

Hoensbroeck Centrum voor Arbeidsperspectief (HCA) is een landelijk opererend instituut
voor mensen met een arbeidshandicap. Het centrum levert adviezen, trainingen en
beroepsopleidingen gericht op het terugdringen en voorkomen van arbeidsongeschiktheid.
HCA verzorgt langdurige scholing met als resultaat dat 85% van de studenten na vijf
jaar nog steeds werkzaam is met een meer dan gemiddeld carrièreverloop. Daarnaast
voorziet zij in de vraag naar kortlopende persoons- en functiegerichte trainingen.
HCA is onderdeel van Stichting Revalidatie Limburg.
