Software Maintenance Policy
The company offers an annual software maintenance contract that entitles the end
user to receive product updates, enhancements and service packs for a period of
12 months from the initial purchase date of the software. The annual software maintenance
contract only applies to the most current version of the product available for sale
and must be renewed annually.
Technical Support Policy
The company offers a technical support contract that provides telephone assistance
during normal working hours 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Technical support contracts are offered
for the most current version of the product and one prior version.
