The company's flagship product, Commence RM, The Designer Edition now supports Microsoft's new Vista operating system and Office 2007 providing customers with the comfort of knowing they can continue to operate Commence well into the future on this new technology platform. In addition, Commence RM, is now available as a hosted service offering customers the option of having Commence professional engineers manage and maintain their system for a low monthly fee.
The other "Big News" is the introduction of Commence On Demand, a web-based Customer Relationship Management solution that requires no hardware, software or implementation. This new product offering consists of a suite of pre-built applications for account and contact management, sales, marketing and customer service. It deploys rapidly and provides data access via a simple Internet browser. Customers who are looking at the web as a future deployment model for their software, will want to consider Commence On-Demand.
"Flexibility has always been the key differentiator between Commence and other alternatives says Caretsky. We now offer customers the complete "freedom of choice" to utilize Commence on premise, hosted or as a 100 percent web-based solution," he concluded.
