Next Version of Commence RM  Coming Soon...

Customers on an annual maintenance plan will soon be sent the newest enhancements to their Commence RM software, version 2.1.  This release is all about enhancing how you communicate with customers, employees, vendors, suppliers and business partners. 

Significant enhancements have been made to help streamline business processes. Contact management functionality such as mail merge, letter template creation, fax and e-mail have all been improved and now take full advantage of Microsoft Word and Outlook. A new printing

and report writing capability will allow end users to quickly create custom reports and
offers
WYSIWYG printing. 

Another new feature "Commence Connect",
offers extended e-mail functionality supporting HTML formatted messages, attachments, targeted bulk e-mail campaigns and literature fulfillment.  Other improvements include better integration with
disparate systems and
improved programming support.
