  1. Commence CRM is a popular product and very good solution for small to mid-size businesses and has a robust set of functionality, but it does not have the scalability to handle large organizations like sf.com does. I think they service different markets.

  2. Fair statement Robert. For the past two decades Commence has been helping small to mid-size companies automate the internal processes that impact sales execution and customer service. We do have several thousand customers in countries around the world but the product is designed for companies of 10 to 250 users. This covers a large segment of the business world. Companies of 500 + users however tend to favor the enterprise level solution providers.
